We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Privacy policy

Principle

Nexxus processes as little personal data as possible. All servers are located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, data centres in Nuremberg and Falkenstein). There is no data trading, no advertising networks and no third-party tracking services.

This website

nexxus.group is a static website without analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and all other content are served from our own servers. No connections to third parties are established. Technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, page requested) is recorded when the site is accessed and stored briefly for operational security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Nexxus ID (account)

When you create a Nexxus ID we store: email address, display name, language setting and technical sign-in data (timestamps, sessions). Sign-in is passwordless via an email code. No password is stored. The legal basis is performance of the user agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sign-in emails are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / Brevo SAS, EU) as a processor.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Access (data export) and account deletion are available directly in the account portal, no support ticket needed.

Retention

We store account data until you delete your account. After deletion the data additionally disappears from the backups with the regular rotation (14 days).
